BACKSTORY BREAKTHROUGh

MASTER CLASS

For anxiety and self-esteem.

Hi I’m Dr. Kirleen,

It wasn’t so long ago that I had my BackStory Breakthrough. Letting go of my insecurities, anxieties, and overthinking allowed me to finish my PhD, open a thriving mental health practice, get married to a fantastic man and raise two beautiful girls. But most of all, it allowed me to like the person I saw in the mirror. I’ve been on a mission ever since to pay it forward and help as many people as I can to experience this wonderful transformation.

I’ve helped thousands of amazing women and men unleash the best versions of themselves using some simple tools and insights I’ve curated from my 20+ years of experience.

Hear from our clients about their transformative experiences

Charlotte was looking for tools to help her escape her cycle of spiraling thoughts and negative self-talk. She described how one anxious thought would lead to another and then another. During session 1 of the class “Peeling the Onion” Charlotte realized her overthinking was tied to a fear of not having control. She then connected the dots back to being a child and being uncertain about which version of her mom would show up. The playful happy mom or the angry verbally abusive mom. Growing up with this instability created a tendency to second guess everything. Charlotte was able to do the BackStory exercises and release the wound that fueled her anxiety.

Charlotte Draper

Dr. Kirleen keeps real and is so down to earth. She breaks things down in a way that makes sense. I did this course with my sister to deal with some of the stuff that happened to us as kids. It helped to heal our hearts and strengthen our relationship. I feel blessed to be a part of this community.

Angela Headly

This course helped me is ways that I cannot even describe. I feel like the things that were holding me back no longer have power over me. Thank you, Dr. Kirleen, for being such a wonderful teacher.

Dannie Lanspear

After a series of bad relationships, Nicole wanted answers to why she always attracted guys who did not treat her well. People had accused her of having daddy issues, but she dismissed this because she repaired the relationship with her father years ago. It was until she got to the “Writing Your New Story” section of the course that the flood gets of emotion hit her. She had been holding on to the pain of rejection in her body. Nicole connected the dots that she subconsciously chooses men who were not available, so she did not have  to risk being hurt the same way her dad hurt her. Moving through the BackStory class helped Nicole learn tools to trust again and feel more confident about dating.

Nicole Shaw

Addressing the hidden causes of emotions is not something we do often. We deny ourselves a true opportunity to heal form our Back Story by not acknowledging its existence. I did this as a work requirement. This course has allowed me to unpack and see what true hidden emotions  are under the surface. It has allowed me to learn and recognize why I respond the way I do. Life Changing!
