Here’s What Your Employees Will Get
Teletherapy & Face-to-Face Counseling
We offer teletherapy and face-to-face counseling for a range of common short-term counseling needs including family issues, marital problems, depression, anxiety, stress, grief, child and adolescents problem, and drug/alcohol abuse. For work-related issues, we offer counseling for a job performance problems, attendance issues, and interpersonal problems you may be experiencing with co-workers or supervisors.
Couch Time Check-In
Couch Time Check-Ins are annual or biannual preventive mental health check-ups where you have the opportunity to discuss your emotional state in a safe, confidential environment. During the appointment, a mental health professional will speak with you about a wide variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, marital discord, burnout, stress level, and job satisfaction. Even if you do not feel distressed, you can use your Couch Time Check-in as a preventive measure. This service is a part of the yearly number of EAP counseling visits allotted to you and your family members.
Legal Services
Legal consultation services are available to provide you with guidance and direction on a variety of issues. The program offers one annual 30-minute consultation at no charge (excluding legal consultation regarding employment matters). For services beyond 30 minutes, eligible family members receive a preferred discount rate based on the type of service used.
Financial Services
If you are experiencing financial difficulties, Neely EAP can help you assess how to best resolve the problem. We recommend resources that include internal services and debt management organizations. You can benefit from credit counseling, debt and budgeting assistance, tax planning, retirement, and college planning questions.
Toll-free 24-hour telephone line
We understand that issues don’t wait for the right time and right place, and that’s why you will always have access to a confidential 24-hour telephone line. Our specialist will get you connected to emergency services, create an initial intake for counseling services, and answer questions about services.
Secure the Wheel
NCC cares about your employees and how their decisions can impact your company and their families. NCC will reimburse EAP participants for cab fare (rideshare of their choice) in the event they are unable to operate their vehicle. Impairment to drive could be related to an alcohol, substance, or severe emotional condition. This program is only available to employees and family members. The service is available once per year per participant, with a maximum reimbursement of $40. (The following pay items are not reimbursable: tips, fees, or surcharges.)
