Insurance Plans We Accept
We want to make sure you maximize all your insurance benefits. Some of our providers are in-network with Blue Corss Blue Sheild of Texas, Aetna Health Insurance, Cigna, United Behavioral Health and Cigna EAP. For all other insurance plans, we will verify your out-of-network benefits. Most plans will reimburse you a portion of your out-of-pocket cost. In addition, we will provide you with all paperwork needed to get reimbursed. Dr. Neely does not accept insurance for services but our other providers do.

At NCC, we truly believe cost should never get in the way of receiving the care you need. Our session rates range from $50 to $185, depending on the experience, education, and qualifications of your counselor. Whether you're seeing someone who's just starting out or a counselor with many years of experience, please know that we handpick all our counselors to ensure you get high-quality care from a professional dedicated to your well-being. If cost is a concern, we offer flexible payment options and can work with you to break payments into smaller chunks or defer them when needed.
If you're ever dissatisfied with your care, just give us a call. We’ll arrange a session with a different counselor at no additional cost. Your mental health is our priority, and we’re committed to making sure you get the support you need.
Some people choose to pay out-of-pocket for privacy reasons, especially since insurance companies require a mental health diagnosis for reimbursement, which can be a concern for those with security clearances or privacy needs. We understand this, and we're here to ensure you receive the care you need without unnecessary disclosures.
Out-of-Network Reimbursement
Your insurance plan may still cover a portion of your sessions — even if we’re not in-network. We’ll do the heavy lifting for you. Our team will verify your out-of-network benefits, walk you through your coverage, and assist with the reimbursement paperwork so you can focus on your care, not the paperwork. NCC staff is genuinely here to support you!
FSA & HSA Cards Welcome
We gladly accept Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) cards as payment. These accounts allow you to use pre-tax dollars toward eligible mental health services, making your sessions more affordable than paying out of pocket. This benefit is offered to you by your employer.
