It probably comes as no surprise to you, but I’m a fan of therapy. I’ve had a front-row seat to see how it can move someone from being stuck and unhappy to living beyond their wildest dreams. With that said, I also know there is a time and place for everything, and sometimes therapy is not the right thing to do.
The good news is there are a plethora of alternative activities that can shake up your life and move things in a new direction. Of course, these activities do not replace therapy, but they can serve as an excellent way to jump-start your journey.
