I give up! This statement is something we’ve all said at one time or another. It usually rolls out of our mouth with frustration, weariness, and a tinge of anger. The truth is most of the time we really don’t want to give up but we have reached a point of hopelessness. Finding the motivation, energy, and tools to keep going is the key.
In this episode, we’re taking a look at how to remain hopeful when you feel like giving up. I interview Keeah Silvers, a two-time Boston Marathon Qualifier, former high powered government executive, jazz singer and the survivor of a sudden brain tumor that left her unable to speak. Keeah shares the five steps she took to remain hopeful in a hopeless situation and I add in some in session tools to keep you going through those rough times.
