Unfortunately, the cost of counseling and the fact that most insurance companies require counselors to give clients a mental health diagnosis that could impact future employment stops many people from coming in.

WORK W/DR. KIRLEEN NEELY
Need experience, expertise, and a counselor who cares about you? Allow Dr. Neely to put her decades of experience to work for you. Pricing between $160-$180 per session.
WORK W/MASTERS COUNSELOR
Our master counselors have experience with adults, teens, and couples. They have a Masters’s degree and either full or associate license status. Pricing between $75.00-$85 per session.
WORK W/STUDENT INTERN
Need a low-cost solution for counseling work with our student interns. Only $50.00 per session. Interns are in graduate school training to become licensed counselors.
How Do I Pay For Services?
We do take Health Savings and Flex Spending Account payment (HSA/FSAs). We accept payment via cash, major credit cards, Paypal & Venmo.
We do provide you with forms to submit for out of pocket insurance company reimbursement.
We do provide you with a client loyalty discount card. You can receive 10-20% off sessions.
We will work with you on cost if you have a hardship and are already and established client.
What is your payment policy?
We require you to provide us with a credit card at the time you book your appointment. You will ONLY be charged if you no show or cancel with less than 24 hr notice two or more times. This policy is in place because people make appointments and do not show up or forget to call and cancel. As you can imagine, this is very difficult for our counselors. We do have secure HIPPA compliant credit cards system. The no show/late cancel charge is $50.00.
