New Client Telephone Consult
The purpose of this telephone consult is to answer questions about our services and get you connected with a counselor if you choose. You will talk to a Neely Counseling Center intake specialist for 10-15 minutes.

Flexible, Affordable Payment Options
We do require you provide us with a credit card to book your visit. We only charge your card if services are provided. Your information is stored in a HIPPA compliant platform.

Other Insurance Options
We want to make sure you maximize all your insurance benefits. Some of our providers are in-network with Blue Corss Blue Sheild of Texas, Aetna Health Insurance, Cigna, United Behavioral Health and Cigna EAP. For all other insurance plans, we will verify your out-of-network benefits. Most plans will reimburse you a portion of your out-of-pocket cost. In addition, we will provide you with all paperwork needed to get reimbursed. Dr. Neely does not accept insurance for services but our other providers do.
The cost for services depends on the level of expertise and experience of your counselors. Our counselors experience range from master’s level counseling students to doctoral level counselors. The general cost for services ranges from $50.00-$180.00. We accept cash and all major credit cards.
While we may not directly accept your insurance plan, you can explore reimbursement options through out-of-network benefits. We’ll handle the process for you, verifying your benefits, informing you of coverage, and assisting with reimbursement paperwork. NCC staff is genuinely here to support you!

FCA/HCA Account
We accept FCA and HCA cards. A health care account is a flexible spending account that provides a way to pay for eligible out-of-pocket medical costs. This benefit is offered to you by your employer.
Discounts
Each month we offer 10-20% discounts on our counseling services to our customers. To receive our latest discount simply sign up for our monthly newsletter. The newsletter is distributed between the 15-20th day of each month.
