We all reach points in our lives where our mental strengths are tested. It might be a breakup, a toxic family member, anxiety, or a job loss. The bottom is we are all tested in one way or another. After counseling people for over twenty years, I’ve noticed that people who are able to overcome challenges and harness the power of resiliency have a few things in common. Mentally strong people practice specific habits to manage their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. On the contrary, people who struggle with mental fortitude usually participate in behaviors that sabotage their wellbeing and overall happiness.

In this episode of the podcast, I break down six things that I believe mentally strong people don’t do. You will leave the show with an understating of all six things/behaviors, a clear plan on how to evaluate where you stand, and several concrete tools to begin practicing mentally strong habits. P.S.
