Horatio

Horatio Neely, is Vice President and Co-Owner of Neely Counseling Center, PLLC. He oversees the strategic operations of the business, including the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Logistics Mental Health (LMH). He is a results-driven operations executive with 25 years of experience in leadership, planning, staffing, transportation, and logistics.

He started his career in the technology sector, with Hewlett Packard (Compaq Computer Corporation), procuring call centers for technical support outsourcing. He later transitioned into the transportation and logistics industry. Horatio worked for HEB, in the manufacturing warehouse and transportation area, during the height of their expansion in Houston. He was recruited by Gulf States Toyota Transport System (GSTTS), now US Auto Logistics, to help the company navigate through their growth in the automotive logistics space. He worked extensively to build a performance management system to help drivers and management collaborate on goals and expectations.

Horatio holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Prairie View A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from Our Lady of the Lake University. He also has an advanced executive certification from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business.

He is a board member of the Helotes Area Chamber of Commerce. Also, he is a Junior Achievement volunteer, in this role he teaches high school students the basics of business and financial literacy. Horatio is supported by his wife Dr. Kirleen Neely, and their daughters Morghan and Madisohn.

Jeanette Steed

Jeanette Steed joins our team with over 12 years of experience in property management and an additional 11-12 years in the medical field. Throughout her career, she has developed a robust skill set in overseeing complex operations, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day workflows. Her dual background in healthcare and property management allows her to bring a unique perspective to problem-solving and efficiency.

In her current role as a property manager, Jeanette Steed excels at maintaining high standards for tenant satisfaction and property operations. She looks forward to contributing her expertise and dedication to the success of our team.

Raksha

Raksha is the Marketing Analyst for NCC; she holds a master’s degree and has worked in marketing, design, and social media for several years. She has helped multiple companies grow from startups to small businesses, supporting them with their marketing activities and managing social media accounts. Raksha often wears many hats, as working with startups can demand. Contributing in various areas, including copywriting, design, customer service, meeting with clients, WordPress website development, and basic video editing, has been an asset in her career. Raksha has helped companies win various awards by assisting with online entries, copywriting, and design initiatives. She has a wide network of companies, including companies in Australia, the USA, and India. She aims to be an entrepreneur and start her own business one day and is happy to be a part of supporting other organizations to grow.
