In fact, the researcher shows that 1 in 5 people procrastinate so severely that their jobs, financial credit, relationships, and even their health suffers (Murphey, 2017).  On the surface, it seems that stopping procrastination should be simple, but if you have ever tried, you know it’s not as easy as it looks.

In this episode, we take a look at how to “Beat the Procrastination Blues” once and for all.  We will break down the five primary reasons why we procrastinate, and we close the show with concrete steps you can take to kick procrastination to the curve. If chronic procrastination has gotten in the way of you being productive, this show will leave you motivated to make some big changes.
