Self-esteem is an individuals subjective evaluation of their own worth. The feeling that you are not enough has the potential to truly change the trajectory of your life. This feeling can make you settle for toxic relationships, remain in dead-end jobs, and spiral you into bouts of shame. The great news is you can learn how to have healthy self-esteem.

You will learn that having healthy self-esteem is a skill that has to be learned and practiced. I will outline a simple four-step process to help you gain and maintain healthy self-esteem.
