Work Environment
At NCC we care about the well-being of our staff and strive to create an environment where staff can grow personally and professionally. We have an open-door policy when it comes to communication and have high ethical standards. The atmosphere is friendly, creative, and collaborative.
We often have staff dinners to celebrate birthdays and other milestone accomplishments. Counselors are given your own fully furnished office, and a shared receptionist who will help with scheduling and managing your back-office needs. We also offer marketing, billing services, credentialing, business forms/cards and company webpage, HIPAA compliant EMR, CEUs, and much more.
Masters Student Interns
