Meet With a Counselor
You’ll meet with a licensed counselor who will complete a clinical interview and use evidence-based screening tools tailored to your concerns.
Our counselors combine these empirically supported tools with years of clinical experience to provide a thoughtful and individualized understanding of what you may be experiencing.

Review Results & Create a Plan
Together, you’ll review the results and discuss recommendations for moving forward.
Depending on your needs, recommendations may include:
• Individual counseling

Our office believes in using the least restrictive and most natural interventions possible. Counseling and behavioral strategies are often excellent first steps. However, if medication may be beneficial, we work closely with trusted providers and can help coordinate referrals when appropriate.

Uses the Brown Executive Functioning Scale along with a comprehensive clinical and behavioral assessment
Completed over two sessions, totaling approximately three hours
Includes a detailed review of history, symptoms, and results
Provides a clear plan that may include behavioral strategies, coaching, or medication referrals
